Returns & Refunds

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be postmarked within this window to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Belts must be free of creases, marks, or alterations.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is free and has no separate refund value.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at support@saints.com with your order number and preferred replacement.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
